Anali-X / Clinical research programme

Advancing earlier, explainable recognition of ICU deterioration.

Anali-X is Hale-X’s first clinical research programme, applying biological state modelling of the individual patient to ICU deterioration and sepsis.

Research objectives

Three questions guide the programme.

01

State

Can longitudinal data support a coherent view of changing biological state?

02

Trajectory

Can that state help researchers study emerging deterioration before it is obvious?

03

Explanation

Can outputs retain the evidence and uncertainty needed for meaningful review?

Development pathway

A staged route to clinical evidence.

01
PLATFORM FOUNDATION

Core Replica architecture

The longitudinal patient state modelling foundation is operational.

02
IN PREPARATION

Retrospective ICU feasibility study

Protocol, funding and data governance work are underway; study execution and data access have not yet started.

03
NEXT PHASE

Prospective evaluation

Progression will depend on retrospective findings, clinical partnerships and the required approvals.

Regulatory status

MDR Rule 11 classification assessment underway. Current working hypothesis: Class IIb, subject to final intended purpose and formal regulatory assessment.

Research collaboration

Partner with Hale-X on rigorous clinical evaluation.
